• Displays all bills and their current statuses.
• Provides summary counts: total bills, pending approvals, etc.
• Columns include: Date, Due Date, Bill Number, Supplier, Reference, Amount, and Status.
• Columns Customization
  • Show/hide columns using tick checkboxes.
  • Rearrange columns by dragging with the six-dot handle.
• Filters
  • Quick Filters: status-based (draft, submitted, approved, rejected, paid, etc.).
  • Advanced Filters: filter by Bill Number, Supplier, Reference, Total Amount (equals, not equals, greater, less, range), Status, or text matching (contains, starts with, etc.).
• Row & Bulk Actions
  • Row-level: Edit or Delete.
  • Bulk-level: Edit/Delete via checkboxes.
• Pagination
  • Bottom-left: choose entries per page (10 to 50).
  • Bottom-right: view page count and navigate one-by-one or jump across multiple pages.
