Receivables Reports
The Receivables reports in BeeBooks help you track outstanding invoices, customer balances, quotations, and payments received—providing both summarized and detailed views to manage collections and analyze customer credit activity.
All receivables reports support: Date range selection (Invoice Date, Due Date, Quotation Date, etc.), Column customization, Sorting (A–Z / Z–A), and Export (PDF, XLSX, CSV).
1) AR Aging Summary
Summarizes outstanding receivables grouped by aging periods.
Controls
- Date — Select cut-off date
- Date Type — Due Date or Invoice Date
- Times — Number of intervals (e.g., 3×)
- Gap Days — Interval length (e.g., 7, 10, 15, 30 days)
- Preview — Show Due Amount, Total Amount, Paid Amount, or Count

2) AR Aging Details
Provides invoice-level details of aged receivables.
