Accessing BeeBooks
Sign Up / Log In
- New user: Start a Free Trial or choose Tier 1.
- Existing user: Sign In with your credentials.
Plans
- After trial, subscribe to a tier that matches your needs.
Moving from Another Software?
- Import masters and opening balances to continue seamlessly.
Dashboard
- Snapshot of inflows/outflows, AR/AP, and spending.
- Trend charts and quick links to recent activity.

Setting Up
Opening Balances
Import last year’s closing balances as current year opening balances (AR, AP, bank, equity, inventory).
Customize Your Account
- Email/Password, Logo, Theme, Default Organization, Appearance/UI.
Items (Products & Services)
- Add/Edit/Import; set SKU, sales price, purchase cost, tax, UoM, stock.
Sales
Customers
- Customers → New Customer → enter details → Save.
- Edit from the profile when needed.
Quotations
- Quotations → New Quotation → customer, dates, items, taxes/discounts.
- Save & Send (PDF) or Save as draft.
- Convert to Invoice when approved.
Invoices
- Invoices → New Invoice → customer, invoice/due dates.
- Add items (qty, rate, taxes/discounts).
- Save then Send; record payments via Receive Payments.
Sales Receipts
- Immediate-payment sales.
- Sales Receipts → New Receipt → items, payment method, deposit account → Save.
Receive Payments
- Receive Payments → select customer → enter payment → apply to invoices → Save.

Credit Notes
- Credit Notes → New Credit Note → link to invoice (if prompted) → add credited items/amounts → Save (and send if needed). Apply to future invoices.
Purchases
Suppliers
- Suppliers → New Supplier → details, default terms → Save.
- View POs, bills, and payments in the supplier profile.
