Suppliers

Introduction - Suppliers

The Suppliers module in BeeBooks lets you manage all the vendors you purchase goods or services from. You can store their details, track bills and payments, and maintain an organized database of supplier information.

Accessing Suppliers

To open the Suppliers module:

  1. Log in to BeeQube (BQ) or BeeBooks.
  2. From the left navigation, click Expense Manager.
  3. Select Suppliers.

You will see the Suppliers List Table, which displays all your suppliers along with key details.

Supplier List Table

The supplier list provides an overview of all the suppliers you’ve added.

  • Total Count: Shows the total number of suppliers.
  • Search: Quickly find suppliers using their name or any other field.
  • Displayed Columns: By default, you will see the following:
    • Display Name
    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone Number
    • Supplier Payment Terms
    • Primary Contact
    • Actions
    • Registration Number

Column Filters

  • Click the Column Filters tab to show or hide additional fields.
  • Use the six-dot icon beside each column name to drag and rearrange the order of columns.

Bulk and Individual Actions

  • On the left of each row, there is a checkbox. You can select one or multiple suppliers.
  • Once selected, you can perform bulk actions such as deleting or updating multiple suppliers at once.
  • For individual suppliers, use the rightmost Actions column:
    • Edit: Change details such as name, payment terms, or contact info.
    • Delete: Remove the supplier if they are no longer needed.

Advanced Filters

Advanced filters allow you to narrow down suppliers based on multiple conditions.
