Sales Reports
Sales reports help you analyze performance from different perspectives—by customer, item, and salesperson—so you can identify top customers, best-selling items, and team effectiveness.
All sales reports support: Date range selection (defaults to current month), Sorting, Column customization, Export (PDF, XLSX, CSV), and Advanced filters.
1) Sales by Customer
Shows total sales per customer, including invoices and receipts.
Columns
- Customer — Customer name.
- Invoice Count — Number of invoices generated for the customer.
- Invoice Amount — Total invoiced amount.
- Receipt Count — Number of payments received.
- Receipt Amount — Total amount collected.
Advanced Filter
- Include or exclude a specific Customer to view their sales performance.
2) Sales by Item
Breaks down sales based on individual products or services.
Columns
- Item Name — Product or service name.
- Item Type — Product or Service.
- Item Category — Category under which the item falls.
- Item SKU — Stock Keeping Unit code.
- Item Quantity — Quantity sold.
- Average Price — Average selling price per unit.
- Amount — Gross sales amount.
- Final Amount — Net amount after adjustments.
Advanced Filters
- Include or exclude specific Items.
- Include or exclude specific Item Categories.
3) Sales by Salesperson
Analyzes sales performance by each salesperson.
Columns
- Salesperson — Name of the salesperson.
- Invoice Count — Number of invoices generated by the salesperson.
- Invoice Amount — Total invoiced amount.
- Receipt Count — Number of payments received through that salesperson.
- Receipt Amount — Total amount collected.
Advanced Filter
- Include or exclude a specific Salesperson to review their performance.
