Products & Services
The Products & Services module is your central catalog for everything your company buys or sells. Once set up, items can be reused across quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and bills, keeping data consistent and traceable. The Product & Services form lets you easily add and manage both physical products and services.
Create a New Product/Service
- Go to Products & Services on the navbar.
- Click + Add New → choose Product or Service.
Add Product/Service Details
Fill out the key fields:
- Product/Service Name
- Category
- SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)
- Sales Information (price, tax, revenue account, etc.)
- Purchase Information (cost, tax, expense account, preferred supplier, etc.)
- Units of Measure (if applicable)
- Attachments (images, spec sheets)
Manage (Edit / Delete)
- After creation, the item appears in the list (and relevant dashboards).
- Click Edit under Actions to modify details.
- Click Delete under Actions to remove an item.
